BEFORE YOU INSTALL

Keep your setup.

  1. Pause new entries in the Windows app.
  2. Resolve any bot or copier positions and pending orders. Pausing the bot does not pause copying.
  3. Use the app’s safe exit, then run the installer.
  4. Reopen the app and check your saved account, settings and version. Updates start paused.

The website downloads the installer. It cannot install, restart or start trading on your computer.

What you need

A Windows computer, an active subscription or valid invitation, and your own eligible broker account for broker-connected use. API permissions, market data and provider fees are separate. AI features require local models. Hardware suitability and model readiness are checked in the Windows app.
